Having worked in real estate for 20+ years, 15 of them as a licensed agent, Carmen has the experience you are looking for. Through her work as a personal assistant to her husband Phil for the past 20 years, she has developed a tried and true method for getting things done. From listing to negotiations to closing –she’s got the skills and experience to assure your transaction goes as smoothly as possible.
Carmen specializes in listing and selling waterfront property, recreational property and other residential country properties in Penobscot County concentrating in the Lincoln Lakes Region.
Carmen is active in the Lincoln, Maine community. She serves on the board of directors for the Lincoln Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce, is a board member for of the Maine Associaiton of Realtors and is the 2018 President Elect for the Greater Bangor Association of Realtors after serving for 2 years as their Treasurer. She has both a Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and an Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the University of Maine.
