My friend is selling her home in Folsom. It is in a great neighborhood, walking distance to downtown Folsom and Lake Natomas. The home shows pride of ownership and has brand new carpeting; HVAC system replaced within the last five years and 50 year roof; park like setting in backyard and new carpeting throughout.
