Happy Sunday! One of the best compliments I can get in this business is a past client calling me again.

The first time around, I had the chance to help this couple purchase land for their future home and work through everything that came with it, from soil questions and inspections to literally walking through the woods to help lay out where that home could eventually go.

Now, while those plans are still ahead of them, they’ve called me back ready to buy something completely different: a townhome.

I’m thankful they trusted me the first time, and even more thankful they chose to come back and let me walk them through the home-buying process this time around.

Repeat clients mean a lot to me because it tells me the relationship didn’t end at the closing table.

UNDER CONTRACT in Vale! 🌲🏡

My buyer is excited to be purchasing approximately 10 acres of wooded land that will allow them to expand their current acreage and make a little more room for what they have planned.

The surveys have been ordered, the attorney’s office is pulling together the information we need, and we’re moving right along toward closing.

There’s still some work to do, but we’re one step closer to helping another client turn their plans into reality.

UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡✅

This one feels like the final piece of the puzzle.

These sellers are past clients who trusted me once again to help them sell another property, and getting this home under contract puts them one step closer to officially completing their move to South Carolina.

I’m thankful they chose to work with me again, and I’m excited to help them get this one all the way to the closing table so they can finally close this chapter and fully settle into the next one.

There’s a lot to be thankful for in this business, but the trust people place in me is always near the top of the list.

Josh had never used a Realtor before, and like a lot of people, he had some reservations about the process. Somewhere along the way, I found myself telling him more than once, “Just let me do my job and take care of you.”

And he trusted me enough to do exactly that.

That’s what I’m most thankful for when I read a review like this. Not just that we got the job done, but that someone trusted me to guide them, answer the questions, work through the doubts and handle what needed to be handled.

CLOSED in Dallas! 🏡✅

My seller was more than ready to get this one behind her and move on to her next adventure, but this closing definitely came with a few headaches along the way.

A USDA payoff delay pushed our timeline back and forced us to change plans more than once. Storage units, housing plans, Airbnb's, additional repairs... we had to keep adjusting as new problems popped up.

But we kept working through it.

At the end of the day, everyone walked away happy. My seller was able to capitalize on the equity she had built, close this chapter and move forward with what’s next. The buyers were able to get the home they wanted and start a new chapter of their own.

Not every transaction goes exactly according to plan. Sometimes the job is simply staying on top of the problems, communicating and finding a way to get everyone to the closing table.

Thank you for trusting me to help you get this one DONE. Now it’s time for the next adventure! 🙌

I have a lot to be grateful for every day, but Sunday seems like a pretty good day to slow down and recognize a few of those blessings.

One of the biggest is getting to do a job where friends, family and people in our community trust me with some pretty important moments in their lives.

Helping someone buy their first home is already special. Getting to help a longtime friend through that process, especially when things needed to move quickly, makes it even better.

Reviews like this mean a lot to me because I never want someone to feel like they’re just another transaction. I want them to know they have someone in their corner who is going to answer the questions, help manage the moving parts and make the process feel a little less overwhelming.

Very grateful for the trust, the friendships and the opportunity to keep doing this every day. 🙏

This one came with a little story...

A friend I haven't seen in a few years had previously listed this home, but the experience did not go the way he had hoped. This time around, he gave me a call.

Within a couple of weeks, we were under contract. Then inspections came back, and the buyers requested more than $25,000 in repairs. We said no, they walked away, and the buyers agent insisted "the home will never sell at that price."

A few weeks later, we had multiple offers. We negotiated another contract at the same price as the first one, and after reviewing the inspection, the new buyers asked for no repairs.

My seller stayed patient, made smart decisions and trusted the process. In the end, it paid off.

In the middle of all this, he and his wife also welcomed a new baby into the world. Congratulations on the sale and the newest addition to your family!🎉
