Did you know that Lincolnton was the site of the Revolutionary War Battle at Ramsour's Mill, an event that is re-enacted every year in conjunction with reunions of three Lincolnton families that date back to that time. This year, the commemoration will take place the weekend of June 17 & 18, 2023 beginning with the laying of wreaths at the resting place of some 70 unknown in a grave near Battleground Elementary School.
