Word of advice:
When you're a seller's agent do not act like you're one up from the buyer's agent! You guys are working as a team together to close the deal! DO NOT USE WORDS LIKE "you're gonna do (a b c) for me" instead something like "how are we doing on (a b c)" and also. Please do not call the other agent without checking the facts with the attorney first. And do not say "nothing surfaced from the emails" if you did not read the ENTIRE email chain. There will be a lot of back and forth from the attorneys. Please read EVERYTHING before demanding updates!
Just this morning I had to forward a resend of a forward of a resend because the seller agent felt "there was lack of communication and updates" PLEASE READ EVERYTHING .
And let's get this deal closed !
