At the beginning of May, I set several personal and professional goals for myself. While I didn’t accomplish every goal on my list, I’m proud of the progress I made and the areas where I exceeded my expectations.
✅ Increased my lead-to-appointment conversion rate to 22% (goal was 20%)
✅ Closed 4 sales (goal was 2)
✅ Passed practice tests toward my Broker’s License
✅ Stayed consistent with meal prep and fitness goals
One metric I wasn’t even tracking as a formal goal was my close rate, which is currently sitting at 44.4%.
This month was a great reminder that success isn’t always about checking every box. Sometimes it’s about making meaningful progress, staying disciplined, and delivering results that exceed your original target.
As I head into June, I’m focused on building on this momentum, continuing to improve my conversion metrics, and taking another step closer to earning my Broker’s License 👏 📝
