🏡🤝 A wonderful afternoon of conversation about the future of homeownership in New Jersey!

Yesterday, the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® had the pleasure of joining New Jersey REALTORS® for lunch with Congressman Tom Kean Jr.

NCJAR’s 2026 President Carolyn Bardach, 2026 President-Elect Melissa Florance-Lynch, and 2026 Secretary/Treasurer Todd were proud to represent NCJAR and connect with Congressman Kean. 🇺🇸

The conversation touched on homeownership, property rights, and challenges facing New Jersey, as well as legislative proposals focused on expanding portable mortgages and creating a homebuyer tax credit. 🏠🔑

Thank you to New Jersey REALTORS® for the invitation and Congressman Kean for taking the time to connect with us. These conversations help NCJAR stay engaged on issues affecting homeowners, REALTORS®, and the communities we proudly serve.
