🎉 I’m excited to share that I am now a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®).
After more than 30 years in real estate and over 1,000 transactions, I’ve seen firsthand how complex real estate decisions can become during major life transitions. Divorce is one of the most challenging moments a family can face, and the decisions around the marital home can have lasting financial and emotional impact.
This certification allows me to better serve the family law community, attorneys, mediators, and their clients by providing structured, neutral, and professional guidance when real estate is involved in a divorce.
My goal is simple:
✔ Help protect the equity in the home
✔ Provide accurate valuations and clear options
✔ Assist attorneys and mediators with real estate expertise when it matters most
