Happy Friday! Massapequa continues to show a healthy mix of activity. The median home price is $896,944, up 0.8%, while inventory has increased to 88 homes. Most encouraging is the 34.7% drop in median days on market., bringing it down to 32 days. More homes are coming into the market, buyers have more choices and well positioned homes are still moving.
