One thing that I am proud of with this job business is I sometimes help reunite families. Last week I got an estate from an attorney from rolla he knew nothing about the deceased. Reached out to me and asked for help. So long story short the deceased had a half brother from a previous marriage of his mom. Couldn't find nothing on this guy the half brother. So I reached out to one of the cousins she told me quite a bit but could not nailed down the specifics. We chatted for over an hour great convo. But with her help I was able to find the half brother both daughters. In which they didn't know each other till about a couple of years ago through ancestry DNA. Any way I shared contact info with all parties and they are excited. It is satisfying that a person can help others to find loved ones.

Have not posted in a while. But had a great conference with the Missouri public administrators and looking forward to the next conference with the Missouri bar solo conference. I picked my both today. I always want the left side middle of the room. It's a great spot looking forward to seeing all my old buddies I made in the last 4 years.

So does anyone know anyone that lives in the Phoenix Arizona area that wants farm fresh eggs? Through one of my estate jobs I met this military veteran family that raises chickens. He is the heir to the estate. She (the wife ) was stationed at fort leanordwood. Her and I became friends through texts. She said down there the people don't know what farm fresh eggs are and are scared of them because they have a rooster (might be fertilized) so if anyone knows anyone down there that wants farm fresh eggs let me know I'll hook them up. They live 2 towns east of Phoenix.

A little advice so many families want to keep their the family farm in the family and the parents front the money or "hold the purse". I know of 2 personally that this has happened where the deed of trust goes to mom and dad. Mom and dad pass on and there is no release done. That deed of trust is still out there. And it causes problems after mom and dad pass. If you have any questions reach out. If you bought the farm from mom and dad or if a sibling did do your homework before it's to late

You know when you do some of these estates on the other side they are real everyday people and I become somewhat friends with them. I will probably never meet them but it's very cool when you call them up and you can chat with them for along time about life.
