Today I received a call from an heir I researched for an estate I did. That heir called me because he received a letter through email and a phone call wanting him to sign a document to help him get his portion of an estate. I told him don't do anything delete the email don't call them back. They suckered you into getting part of your money. I know of one estate they were getting 30% of what you get. So if they were getting 100k they had to write a check for 30k for basically nothing. But they represent you for nothing because the attorney/public administrator that is handling the estate is going to contact you. In due time. If any questions reach out or if in Missouri look on casenet see who is handling the estate. I had a gentleman from Frankenstein about a letter he received. I asked him if his siblings got the same letter he said no. I told him its a scam throw it away. . Like I said reach out before you do anything.
