This is kinda sad. But I've been working on an estate for a little while. I came to an end I just can't determine the heirs to the estate are that should receive the estate. The records are just not there it is sad.

Today I received a call from an heir I researched for an estate I did. That heir called me because he received a letter through email and a phone call wanting him to sign a document to help him get his portion of an estate. I told him don't do anything delete the email don't call them back. They suckered you into getting part of your money. I know of one estate they were getting 30% of what you get. So if they were getting 100k they had to write a check for 30k for basically nothing. But they represent you for nothing because the attorney/public administrator that is handling the estate is going to contact you. In due time. If any questions reach out or if in Missouri look on casenet see who is handling the estate. I had a gentleman from Frankenstein about a letter he received. I asked him if his siblings got the same letter he said no. I told him its a scam throw it away. . Like I said reach out before you do anything.

Today I drove down to Belle to post a couple of petitions and while I was down there I stopped by the old mfa feed store that Jimmy zummwalt redid. The girl in there did a great job of giving me a tour. But what a great job he did restoring. All the old signs of the local farming industry. Just a neat place. I know it is his office for his company mid state pipeline but it's what he did to preserve history in Belle.i also stopped st the the river bend restaurant and ate great food and such a friendly atmosphere and waitress.

While I am watching tv. Seen a couple of ads for Midwest special need trust. I know a couple of people there and have worked for them. If you have a special needs child teach out to them see what they can do for you. Good people.

So one thing I do on the estates I contact the heir to verify. On some I become friends with. Some Facebook friend me some I text. Sometimes I just text them to see how they are doing see if they need anything. But yeah I make alot of new freinds in this job. Kinda cool. I may never meet them but like the one tonight we chatted for about 45 minutes.

One thing that I am proud of with this job business is I sometimes help reunite families. Last week I got an estate from an attorney from rolla he knew nothing about the deceased. Reached out to me and asked for help. So long story short the deceased had a half brother from a previous marriage of his mom. Couldn't find nothing on this guy the half brother. So I reached out to one of the cousins she told me quite a bit but could not nailed down the specifics. We chatted for over an hour great convo. But with her help I was able to find the half brother both daughters. In which they didn't know each other till about a couple of years ago through ancestry DNA. Any way I shared contact info with all parties and they are excited. It is satisfying that a person can help others to find loved ones.

Have not posted in a while. But had a great conference with the Missouri public administrators and looking forward to the next conference with the Missouri bar solo conference. I picked my both today. I always want the left side middle of the room. It's a great spot looking forward to seeing all my old buddies I made in the last 4 years.

Another great conference at the Missouri association of public administrators

So does anyone know anyone that lives in the Phoenix Arizona area that wants farm fresh eggs? Through one of my estate jobs I met this military veteran family that raises chickens. He is the heir to the estate. She (the wife ) was stationed at fort leanordwood. Her and I became friends through texts. She said down there the people don't know what farm fresh eggs are and are scared of them because they have a rooster (might be fertilized) so if anyone knows anyone down there that wants farm fresh eggs let me know I'll hook them up. They live 2 towns east of Phoenix.
