I don't know anything about California law. In Indiana a contractor filing a mechanic's lien on a property has only 1 year to foreclose on that lien. Also a contractor filing a lien can be liable for 3 times the amount of the lien and attorney fees payable to the property owner for damages. There is also a way to quiet a title to resolve old claims. I would encourage anyone experiencing a title issue to seek an attorney experienced in real estate law.

I have been working on the house my sister and I purchased a couple of years ago. It was originally owned by my aunt and uncle. It was manufactured in Carlisle Indiana and set on their lot in 1974. I have done a ton of work on it and I am still not finished though it is occupied. I found this among their papers. It is the original handout for the, Pacemaker Ranch series.

The vet was interesting. I managed to get there with two left gloves. Millie was fine until I lifted her out of the carrier and then she transformed into a buzz saw. The vet assistant tired to weigh her and got bitten for her trouble. I held her down with the gloved hand and a towel over her while the vet gave her a shot. To weigh her I had them put the carrier on the scale, zero it and then put her in it. She weighs about 3lbs and is apx. 5 months old judging by her teeth. She is just really tiny for her age. She isn't going to be microchipped until she goes under to be spayed. They were both wiped out after their visit to the vet and didn't even eat their canned cat food.

Now it isn't just Flock cameras that we have to worry about, it's our cars that are spying on us. I was against Tesla because those cars report back to their corporate overlords. It turns out that most if many other cars are doing to the same thing. BTW, the overlords at Meta want me to enroll in something new to be able to post links. I reckon that Mark doesn't have enough billions of dollars to satisfy him. Just Google the story.
