Another Inman business in Greene County was my great uncle's Hi-Q Lo-P filling station in Switz City. It was located in what now is Dollar General's parking lot. Great uncle Otha lived on Lone Tree just north of CR200N. Thanks to John Van Horn who shared a picture of the station.

Inman Realty Company isn't the first Inman business in Linton. My uncle Kenny had Inman Cabinet shop on 9th st. SE. I recently painted these again and installed new pulls and hinges. Originally they were varnished. Yep that's me laying on these cabinet's counter top in 1965

I ran across this headline on Google News. I find it very deceptive because the article only applies to investors hunting investment properties not regular home buyers. Also, Zillow is pulling directly from the MLS in that area. It also does allow owners to list their properties as, for sale by owner. Realtor.com works about the same way but only uses MLS listings. Potential investors will do as well to engage a local agent that can set up searches for them and keep them apprised of any potential properties that fit their needs. This is especially important to investors who are not local to the area and need a trusted agent to investigate the property for them.
