So grateful to help my out-of-state clients find their dream home here in NC 🤍

The home was perfect—but they needed space for a large shop, and the septic repair area made it seem impossible. At 2 pm on a Friday we took a trip to the Davie County planning office, got answers, wrote an offer, and were under contract by 6PM.

The next week, I handled getting the septic area moved—making room for their dream shop right by the house.

Now they’re getting it all. So thankful for their trust in making the “impossible” possible ✨

✨ Congratulations to my sweetest client on going under contract on her NC home! After 30 years of waiting, she decided it was time to make the timing work for her 👏

Living out of state, she knew she had a trip coming up and reached out so we could make a plan. We talked through her wants and needs ahead of time and did the research so we could hit the ground running while she was here.

Once she arrived, we saw the top contenders, quickly narrowed it down to one home and floorpan that perfectly fit her needs, and from there it was all about finding it in the right location… and this was the one 🏡
