- Fresh neutral paint in main areas. It brightens photos and cuts down on distractions.
- Matching warm bulbs and a few fixture swaps. Consistent light makes the home feel cleaner and more current.
- Clear off counters and remove a few extra furniture pieces. Better sightlines help rooms look larger online and in person.
