Last week's 2,423 closed residential listings in MRED's marketplace marked the lowest total in a month and the third straight week of declines. Those dips included an 11% year-over-year downturn this past week.

Last week's $375,000 median residential sales price in MRED's marketplace was a 9% year-over-year increase as well as a 7% week-over-week jump. It was also the largest single-week total since tracking of this metric began.
