My name is Princess Ledesma
I’m originally from Holtville, California 🥕
I moved to Arizona in 2015
I graduated high school at Phoenix College Preparatory Academy in 2022, Go Bears 🐻💙
I’m a first generation latina, which my background is the foundation of everything I do.
Raised by a single mother, I put myself through college and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Grand Canyon University in 2024🦌💜
I chose finance because I wanted to help not only my family, but minority communities who were never taught how to manage money, build credit, or create wealth. While studying stocks, I discovered my true love, real estate.
That passion led me to pursue my real estate license, and yes, I passed my exam on the first try 😉 I recently joined a new team with a strong culture, strong support system, with room to grow.
In my first 7 months, I’ve helped over 80 families on the rental side, and now I’m excited to guide renters through the transition into first time homeownership.
I’m committed to making your first home buying experience as smooth, strategic, and empowering as possible.
I thank God for every test and every difficult season that shaped me. Those bumpy roads strengthened my faith, built my resilience, and gave me purpose. I continue to put everything in God’s hands, trusting His plan every step of the way.
