Praying for our local farmers!
Today the weather has calmed. But the destruction it caused on Wednesday can not be forgotten. 😢
The fires around the area were fought by fire departments, volunteers, & neighbors. We give praise that no loss of life was recorded.
We are blessed with so many quaility first responders. We also heard stories of many farmers halting their harvest, to come help secure their neighbors possessions.
As you view this heart-wrenching imagine, all you can do is pray for these farmers who suffered loss. As they stand and survey their fields, no one can imagine the pain in their heart. This is their livelihood- but more importantly- it is their passion.
We pray that God gives these men & women the strength to move forward. As they make decisions, may the Lord lead them forward.
The farmer is the backbone of so many of our communities. We appreciate them, give thanks for them, and we pray for them.
