We met this beautiful couple back in 2021. They came from Ohio and were looking for their Dream Home. At that time, the market was just too crazy. Properties were receiving 10-30 offers or more, lots of buyers offered above the listing price, and more. If you were in the process of buying your home back then, you know what I am talking about. After looking at many properties and making many offers, we closed on this property in Lakeland in December 2021. By the end of last year, they called me and mentioned they were ready to sell; many would think it was too soon. The property would need more equity for them to make the move. But by analyzing numbers, the market, and being patient, we sold the property and gave them the opportunity to close on their new home (I’ll show you in the next post)

Again, we are thankful. It was an honor to help this fantastic couple through their selling and buying process.
