Only in real estate can someone be your biggest competitor on Monday… and your favorite coworker by Friday. 😂

We compete hard, negotiate harder, and somehow still end up cheering each other on at the closing table.

One of the things I genuinely love about 27 North Realty is that while we’re all building our own businesses, we never forget we’re on the same team. Questions get answered. Ideas get shared. Wins get celebrated. And when someone needs help, there’s always another agent willing to jump in.

Our very first 27 North Realty Social Media Content Day was such a blast! 🚀 We spent the afternoon creating reels, snapping photos, sharing ideas, and helping our agents build confidence in showing up online.

Because let’s be honest… your next client is probably scrolling right now. 👀

One of my favorite parts of my new Mentor role is helping agents learn that social media doesn’t have to be intimidating—it just has to be authentic. Seeing everyone step outside their comfort zone and have fun doing it was the best part of the day!
