The last people who toured this Seminole home had a few complaints…

They didn’t like that there’s a spacious fenced backyard to take care of.

They weren’t sold on having three bedrooms when they only needed two.

A little before and after of our fireplace makeover!

We had our fireplace redone a couple of months ago, and I’m still so happy with how it turned out!

Now I’m just waiting for Florida to get the memo that it’s October so we can actually enjoy a fire without turning the A/C down to 60 degrees. 😂

There’s just something about making changes to your home that make you love it even more.

Now, if we could just get a little fireplace weather around here…

The perfect house probably doesn’t exist.

I’ve seen buyers pass on really good homes because of paint colors, flooring, light fixtures, or a kitchen they would eventually want to update.

There’s a big difference between a non-negotiable and something you simply don’t love.

Location, budget, number of bedrooms, commute, lot size—those can be pretty important.

Paint? We can change it.
Ugly light fixture? Definitely change it.
Not your favorite flooring? Also fixable.

Know what you’re willing to compromise on and what you absolutely aren’t. Sometimes a really good house is hiding behind a few things you’d change anyway.

My job isn’t to talk you into buying a house. It’s to help you make a good decision.

So yes, I might tell you the house is overpriced.

I might tell you that inspection issue is something we need to take seriously or that the thing you’re panicking about really isn’t that big of a deal.

I might tell you not to waive something important just because you’re afraid of losing the house.

And sometimes I’ll tell you, “I think we can find something better.”

You don’t need a Realtor who agrees with everything you say. You need someone who’s willing to be honest with you, even when it isn’t necessarily what you want to hear.

That’s the kind of Realtor I try to be.
