We are taking applications for 3 bedroom townhomes
We are not printing any paystubs etc. All documents must be originals. If your income qualifies, we will go to the next step of credit, criminal, & rental screening. If the screening is passed, an application for residency will be sent to the Compliance Department for approval. Please see the flyer with this post for all documents needed. Documents needed for processing of the application

• 6 most recent pay stubs (8 if paid weekly)
• Benefit letter for social security, VA benefits, disability, pension, etc. (must be dated within 30 days)
• Child Support amount (documentation can be printed at leasing office)
• Social Security Cards for all applicants; birth certificates required for children under 18 years of age; Government pictured ID for all applicants 18 and over. Originals only/No copies
• Proof of housing assistance (if applicable)
• Application Fee for all applicants 18 years and older $15(money order)
• Previous year’s tax return with Schedule C is needed for independent contractors or self-employed applicants
• Pet Deposit $300 – non-refundable
• Security Deposit $200 - $400 not required to complete the application
• Credit, Rental, and Criminal Background Checks will be performed on each adult member 18 years and older.
• Applications cannot be processed without the above required documents.
• There is a 15 min grace period. If you are late, you will be rescheduled.
