Faith. Time & Patience! My new 3-word motto! This beautiful couple knew that homeownership was within arms reach, but didn’t know how close the reach really was. With rent prices skyrocketing, plans to buy their first home was at the top of their short-term list. They’d envisioned a home with at least a 2 car garage, a space for an in-home office and an extra room to start a new family. I’m so proud to say with a sprinkle of Faith.Time & Patience we were able to find all of the basic things this lovely ❤️coupled wanted, while exceeding those expectations for a .

Sometimes, entrusting the right person who believes in your dreams as much as you believe in them, and want to see those dreams into fruition as bad as you want them, can be the perfect blend to finding your dream home. There’s a lot of doubt and uncertainty that comes with and making your first purchase. I’m thankful they allowed me to assist with the process, and ease some of the discomfort. There were some bumps in the road, which were out of our control, but we drove 🚘 over those bumps together with an unstoppable vengeance. They’re now in a newly constructed 5bd room, 3 bath home of their dreams!!! Most importantly they certainly have enough space to start and grow their anticipated family 👶 !!! Using a seasoned agent is a great thing. But there’s an advantage to using a new agent. We’re hungry, attentive, driven to succeed, anxious to win, and knows what it feels like to be the underdog.
