_Credit & Bankruptcy: No bankruptcies in the last 7 years ⚖️

_ Application Fees: $75 per applicant (18+) + $165 admin fee (per household). Both fees are non-refundable. 📝

_ Documents: Submit all required paperwork within 24 hours to avoid cancellation ⏳

_ Payment Methods: Fees must be paid via money order or cashier’s check (No cash or cards accepted) 💳

💢 First-time renter? A higher security deposit may be required.

💢 Need a co-signer? If your income doesn’t meet the requirement, a qualified co-signer may be necessary.
