We are pleased to share our newest acquisition and disposition. This one happen real quick. We purchased the property and within a couple weeks we had signed a purchase agreement to sell the property for a nice profit. 73 days later we sold the property. Renovations are almost complete and the new monument signs should be going up over the next month and new signs on the towers. Oh did I mention there will be a new name also?
