Join us on Saturday, June 27, 2026, for an action-packed day featuring two incredible events in one unforgettable celebration!

SPLASH BASH
Start your morning at the South Clubhouse (1501 Bluebird Dr.) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for Splash Bash! A FREE fun-filled poolside party for all residents. Enjoy giant water slides, lawn games, and a live DJ. Treat yourself to popcorn and cotton candy, plus complimentary hot dogs available while supplies last. Kona Ice will also be available for purchase, making it the perfect way to cool off and kick off the festivities.

FREEDOM FEST
Keep the celebration going at Lakeview Clubhouse (400 Lake Point Dr.) from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM to celebrate America’s 250th! Tickets are only $10 per person and include a delicious BBQ dinner from Hutchins BBQ, featuring your choice of brisket or sausage, potato salad, coleslaw, bread, tea/lemonade, and fresh watermelon for dessert.

Dance the night away to the rock' n' roll tunes from the Chaz Marie Band, with a vibrant atmosphere complete with patriotic décor, glow sticks, and festive keepsakes.

Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and coolers (no glass, please), and gather with friends, family, and neighbors for a night full of music, food, and community spirit. This event is the perfect way to celebrate in true red, white, and blue style!

Join us on Saturday, June 27, 2026, for two exciting events in one unforgettable day!

Kick things off at the South Clubhouse (10 AM–1 PM) with our FREE Splash Bash, featuring water slides, games, a live DJ, popcorn, cotton candy, and free hot dogs (while supplies last), plus Kona Ice for purchase.

Then head to the Lakeview Clubhouse (7 PM–10 PM) for our Evening Concert Spectacular. Tickets are $10 per person and must be purchased in advance; no sales at the gate! Your ticket includes a Hutchins BBQ dinner with your choice of brisket or sausage, served with potato salad, coleslaw, bread or a roll, and watermelon for dessert, plus drinks and live music by the Chaz Marie Band.

We had an unforgettable day at Lone Star Park filled with excitement, laughter, and community spirit! From capturing fun moments in the Winner’s Circle, to enjoying a delicious catered buffet, to placing bets with our Lone Star Bucks, every moment was packed with energy and fun.
