Figured out a way to solve a conflict today. A buyer of mine wasn’t happy about paying for the remaining propane left as that’s the norm. He’s an old friend and we had our share of wild times so I had a question for him. “Do you remember when you sold that kegerator?” “Ya.” “Did you charge them for the half keg of beer in there?” Pause. “Hahahaha! Good point!”

Happy Friday guys! Tip of the week: when selling your home I promise you the appraiser, closer, lender and especially your Realtor will not use Zillow, Truilia, Realtor or even your tax statement for any part of the selling process for so many reasons. They really know nothing about what the climate currently is. They have never entered the home. The numbers are blanket estimates for the neighborhood. Markets ebb and flow constantly so get a FREE updated market analysis on your home that will include comparable sold, active and even expired listings so you know exactly what price points make sense.
