Hi everyone,

I just closed on another 1031 exchange deal for one of my clients. Instead of my client having to pay around 500-600k in capital gain tax to Uncle Sam from selling his apartment complex, I'm searching for a replacement property for him to purchase and avoid capital gains tax, once he closes on his current property.

Hi

I just closed on another 1031 exchange for one of my clients. Instead of my client having to pay around 100k in capital gain taxes from selling his land, I found him a gas station for him to purchase. He does not have to manage or maintain the gas station..he just gets to collect a monthly check!

This is life changing stuff guys!
