New Service: Business Transition Planning

Over the past several years I've worked with a number of businesses to sell their space. A lot of these are successful. Occasionally finding a buyer doesn't work out.

A common theme I see is businesses not being in a position to sell when they come to me. This impacts both the likelihood we are to find a buyer and the final price point of the acquisition.

Starting today I am going to begin offering Business Transition Planning services, starting with a free Business Transition Evaluation.

I'll evaluate your business from a selling standpoint, let you know a rough valuation range and what can be done to increase the value over the next 6-12 months.

If you want to take that further, I'll offer a full transition planning program where I can work hand in hand with your business over 6-12 months to implement these ideas and more. During that time I'll work to build up a business acquisition profile, make sure all documents are in order to sell, and build a list of potential buyer targets.

The goal here is by planning ahead for a business transition we can increase the success when the time comes.

I have a high performing catering business with a lot of growth potential that I should have listed soon.

Still waiting on full financials, but based off owner disclosure they profited over $200k last year, this year on track to do closer to $300k with well over a million in sales revenue. That is with zero marketing efforts, so this will be a very quick ROI business.

Take over lease and equipment included in the purchase, although this will be priced based on book of business. No frills operation, but it turns out good food in high volume.

I'll have a final list price hopefully next week, but looking in the $450k range. Partial owner financing is negotiable.

I have some great food truck opportunities for sale in Central Arkansas.
