Leased up ahead of schedule!

The first two buildings of our four-building acquisition in Rogers, AR are officially leased, a 3,750 SF building to a local general contractor and a 32,800 SF building to Southern Pipe & Supply Co.

Both properties leased faster than expected, thanks in large part to the great work from the team at Colliers Arkansas. Grateful for the partnership!

Tempus is proud to announce $42 million in Arkansas acquisitions for Tempus Evergreen, adding two properties to the portfolio: the North Little Rock headquarters of Onterris, Inc. (NYSE: ONT) and the Fayetteville headquarters of Kimbel Mechanical Systems.

Since its inception in July 2022, Tempus Evergreen has delivered an 11.1% life-to-date annualized return and a 1.44x multiple of invested capital, marking a strong milestone in Tempus' 10th anniversary year.
