🌸🌺Spring is officially here 🌸🌺

Goals are defined as the object of a person’s ambition or effort; an aim or desired result!

With that being said, I have set a stretch goal of $2 million dollars of volume per quarter and I won’t stop until I achieve my goal. I came in a little short first quarter, but I know I’ll make it happen for the rest of the year.

We have to make sure we are ALWAYS celebrating SUCCESS whether it is small or big.

I have many more goals I want to reach and God is positioning me for greatness. I’m not going to stop until I get there!

It’s hump day and my client and I got some of the best news a new home owner can get. She got the CLEAR TO CLOSE!!!

Here’s how the conversation went:

Me: Good morning just wanted to know if you check your email this morning.

Client: No, Dieresha why? Something wrong?

Me: Didn’t I tell you that I was going to get you to the closing table if you follow the plan?

Client: HaHa 😂 yes you did, but you just never know and you know I can’t get excited!!

Me: Well have you had the opportunity to check your email yet!!

Client: No, I’m nervous, but hold on!!! So what does that mean I’m good to go!!

Me: Yes, ma’am you’re officially cleared to close and guess what you’ll be in your house soon and very soon.

Client: Dieresha that was so quick, thank you so much.

Me: You are so welcome and I’m looking forward to you signing your paperwork!!!

Client: Well can I go to the house now and measure the windows for my blinds. Lol

Me: Now you excited ready to just go crazy and decorate!! But yes you can.

1. Verification of Employment/Income

2. Latest Federal Tax Returns with W-2’s. Lenders typically ask for 2 years of tax returns.

3. Homebuyer Counseling Certificate
