Mom life says I am mentally in spring already. I’ve bought snacks like we’re headed to the park, not surviving homeschool in 30°. The kids are one warm breeze away from asking for shorts.

Real estate life says this is actually a great time. Serious buyers are out, sellers are getting ready, and good things are already starting to move. Spring market energy is warming up … even if the weather isn’t yet.
