Last week, five members of our MTP Little Rock team participated in the Little Rock Regional Chamber's "Serve The Rock Community Impact Day."

The annual event brought together more than 250 volunteers to serve 12 nonprofit organizations across the region, resulting in 774 hours of service and an estimated community impact value of $22,515.66.

📢 Moses Tucker Partners Named Commercial Leasing Firm for $1 Billion Drake Farms Development

Developed by Specialized Real Estate Group, with the first phase in collaboration with High Street Real Estate & Development, and branded as “Fayetteville’s Front Porch,” the 165-acre project embraces a new urbanist approach, prioritizing mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented neighborhood design rooted in connection and culture. Currently in its first phase, Drake Farms will deliver more than 2,400 homes and 1.3 million square feet of commercial space over the next 10 to 15 years.

MTP will lead leasing efforts from its Northwest Arkansas office, with Brokerage Director Zack Kifer spearheading the assignment, supported by Brokerage Associates Kyle Pate and Michaela Evans.

“This is a fundamentally different approach to leasing,” said Kifer. “We’re not chasing tenants; we’re curating a community. Each user will be evaluated to ensure alignment with the vision of Drake Farms and its long-term success.”
