In the 2022 Home Sellers Report, recent sellers noted which home updates and repairs they initially planned on making vs. which ones they actually made before selling. The stats might surprise you!

For example, in the survey, only 34% of sellers initially planned on updating their landscaping, while a whopping 94% of sellers ended up taking on the project when it came down to it! 💯
