I don't usually post about closings because I don't like self-promotion. However, sometimes a closing is worth noting because everyone involved goes above and beyond for the success of both the buyer and seller.
This week my client closed on a darling farmhouse nestled among 3+ beautiful acres of very pretty pastureland. Because she lives out of state, she only got to see her future home in a video call until she came into town the day before closing. I am very grateful that in the past year and a half that we have been searching across Arkansas for the just right place for her to call home, my client has trusted me. In the process we have become like family to each other.
