HOME SELLING TIP: When your home is listed, remember that LESS is always MORE.

This means the less clutter (i.e. personal photos, etc.) you have lying around your home, the more your potential buyers are able to “see” themselves living there. They’ll also be able to see what your home has to offer when it’s de-cluttered and deep cleaned.

Then, once you've got a contract in place, this will make it that much easier when it’s time to pack for good!
