We will go first…

🐔 We had a bill of sale for CHICKENS.

Yes… chickens.
Not appliances. Not furniture. Chickens.

And if you’re not in real estate, this might sound crazy, but let us educate y’all real quick:

A bill of sale is used for items that are not permanently attached to the property. So while the house may sell… things like:
✔️ Farm animals
✔️ Equipment
✔️ Hot tubs (sometimes!)
✔️ Security systems
✔️ Even furniture

May need to be negotiated and documented separately.

That’s why details matter in real estate. What stays and what goes isn’t always as obvious as you think.
