Gotta vent now. I have been doing REO for quite a while now and think I have pretty good record of closed sales I have a very good succes record and I stay very busy and sometime it gets the best of me but I find that some of the asset managers and investors sit behind their computers all day and never have to leave their office. I spend a big part of my days in field and I do work late I think many of the asset managers I deal with are failed real estate agents but they are just trying to keep the investors happy at the expense of the assigned agents. I have about decided that if they require specific deadlines that are unrealistic If you open to get a reassignment that I had prior to listing know that U have spent many hours preparing a property for marketing to no avail. they can assign their listing s to an agent that only has 1 or 2 properties to work with
