RQM Homes. We are a local experienced builder of new custom homes serving all of Central Arkansas RQM Homes, LLC was founded by Russ Milam. We are craftsmen.

In 2000 we began with remodeling and investment properties and expanded operations into new custom home building in 2002. Over the years, we've worked with many subcontractors and have put together a team that cares about their work and creating a finished product that we are proud of. We are a local business focused on building and benefiting our community for long term growth. We help families make their home building dreams a reality. We take your ideas, your vision, your plans, and turn them into a custom home as unique as your family. With our team, your home building process will be exciting and memorable. At RQM Homes, our team gives you true cost transparency throughout the process. You will know exactly where your money is being spent. You will see every detail of every invoice. Your budget is our priority, and we will guide you seamlessly through every decision to maximize your home’s value. We can add features special to your family with no hidden fees. After thorough planning and design, we will define a timeline that fiercely protects your schedule and your financial well-being. We are highly visible on site daily making certain your designs are executed. Our hand-picked subcontractors are committed to moving your project forward. If you have questions about interior design elements like fixtures, tile, cabinets, or flooring? My wife, Quenna, will navigate you through options that not only fit your budget, but your vision. We love to say that we only build homes we would raise our families in. Let’s put aside the notion that building a home is an overwhelming experience. The home of your dreams is only one call away, and we can’t wait to meet you.
