Full service property management and real estate company seeking TUES - THURS, 10am - 2pm CST; 4-8 weeks assignment with a possible option of an extension. Must be an organizational guru with the ability to work independently as it relates to seperating - organizing files; capability to lift up to 15 lbs; other office projects as assigned. A true self thinker without the need to have ongoing people interaction should be considered when applying for this position. Previous experience will be strongly considered.

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO INSPECTION RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES w/ PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS NOT OPTIONAL & MUST HAVE OWN DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION - NO EXCEPTIONS.

This position will be responsible for performing, but not limited to the following:

• Post move out, pre and post make ready inspections
• Ongoing property inspections of occupied units
• Posting of evictions, notices, etc. to occupied units
• 3-5 per week third party housing inspections for the purpose of pre-move and annual inspection with providing this office and owners proof of inspection

Candidates must have a reliable vehicle and/or own tools and basic knowledge of home maintenance in order to complete inspections and note any deficiencies. They also need to have a friendly personality and represent the company in a very private and professional manner.

Goss Management & Realty is an established property management and real estate sales company with multiple in the Central Arkansas areas.

Job Type: Part-time averaging 20 – 30 hours per week; 8am - 12 noon most days;
Pay: $14.00+ per hour depending on experience and ability to also provide small repairs.
Mileage reimbursement
