Monday Market Update - February 2026

A lot of people have been asking me lately… 🤔

“What’s actually happening in the housing market right now?”

Here’s the quick breakdown:

🏡 Median home prices are hovering around the mid to high $500s

📦 Inventory is growing, giving buyers more choices

⏳ Homes are on the market for an average of 33 days.

Translation:

✔ Buyers have a little more negotiating power

✔ Sellers can still do very well with the right strategy

Every neighborhood is a little different though.
