We will be fixing up the property with a new roof, flooring, and paint and fixing some deferred maintenance on the property.

After talking further with the agent, he let us know that he has a buyer that would like to buy it but at a lower repair value. We close 90 days after completing to ensure compliance with the FHA/CHAFA guidelines.

The new homeowner will be able to do more updating and gain more equity. Could we sell it for more on the MLS? Yes, we could; however, we will make a profit, help someone create generational wealth, and do what is right for everyone involved!

We have started a lease option program with complete wrap-around services for buyers with some downpayment.
