Mortgage rates continued to slowly decrease last week and the 30-year fixed rate currently sits at 6.49%. Fed Chair Powell hinted at the fact that rates may be increased by a smaller margin at next weeks meeting. Last weeks job report showed an increase of 263,000 which was a little higher than expected.
