Thanks to everyone who came out last week to our first Command Ads Workshop! 1. Real Estate Agent commissions have always been negotiable.

2. Agents have traditionally been bad about explaining how commissions work to Buyers and Sellers and making them feel like they have choice. This needs to change and will.

3. A good agent will save a client much more money than the agent charges for their services.

4. The average agent will make less in the new world, Good agents maybe not.

These numbers tell an important story. Of an awesome group of agents and support staff fighting hard in this market to achieve more than what the market is willing to give them. Of doing what it takes to not accept the status quo.

18 closings in February represents 38% growth YoY for our agents. 38%! In a market that is at best up a few %. Thats a BIG freaking deal and really a testament to what an awesome group of agents partnered with amazing support staff and systems in a culture and environment of a team that actually cares about you can accomplish. And what's better? I know nobody is satisfied, a lot more where that came from.
