A few recent closings that I just had to share!
The excitement of buying your first home is something that you never forget! The process is also one of the most important things you’ll ever experience! This first step is a pivotal moment for you to position yourself to start building equity in your biggest investment, and it’s a process I take very serious. Honestly, as a Realtor I suck at doing a lot of things that other Realtors are great at. I don’t usually dress in my Sunday best, I don’t love making videos of myself, and I generally hate any type of limelight. What I feel like I do extremely well is helping my clients make the best decision possible both financially and for their family overall based on the things they share with me. I’m honest, sometimes brutally honest. But that’s what I pride myself in most. With complete sincerity I tell you that more than any success, any accolades, or any money…the words in the text message pictured are what matter to me. When all of my work here on Earth is done I care nothing about someone saying, “He was the best Realtor ever,” or “wow, look how many houses he sold”…I just hope to be remembered as “he was a great man.” I feel like that always starts with me treating you exactly how I want to be treated. I’d want you to be honest, treat me fair, and be knowledgeable in what you are guiding me on. One of the houses pictured was bought when the market was much hotter than it is today. It was his family’s first home and they were so excited. 1 year later they were in a situation where they needed to relocate. Luckily when he originally bought he was able to negotiate in a new roof and very fair price. We were able to leverage those things and get his family back enough equity to get them in their next home…in 1 year! That first step is so important! If he had purchased a picture perfect home in that situation there’s no chance he would have had that equity. The two homes pictured that were just purchased, I feel extremely confident are already building equity! I certainly don’t take credit for all of that, but it is something I pay particular attention to and provide guidance on throughout the process. When you ask, “what do you think about this one Justin?,” I’m going to tell you my exact, honest, knowledgeable thoughts. If it’s a great deal, I will emphasize that. If it’s not a great deal, I assure you, I’ll tell you! I have every intention to leave you in the same situation I’d want my wife, kids, or parents in if I were unable to help them. I can’t thank these buyers enough!
If I can ever help you in any way, call or text me anytime! I’d love the opportunity to help you!
