With all the economic news, feeling worried about the housing market is expected. But don't worry - here's why! Recent data suggests that the housing market is unlikely to crash despite financial pressures. Factors such as rising wages and low unemployment indicate that consumers feel confident purchasing a home.

Furthermore, efforts by lawmakers to promote homeownership and make mortgages more accessible are helping to boost confidence in the housing market even further. As such, there is no reason to fear a crash similar to what we saw during the Great Recession of 2008. So if you or someone you know is considering moving, now may be a great time to do it! You don't have to take my word for it, however. I included an infographic explaining why today's marks are far from 2008's market.
