Average Price Sold, 2011: $ 294,375; 2010: $ 352,900. This is a 17% decline in average price, but month over month may not mean that much.

Interest rates remain at historic lows. There doesn't seem to be a lot of economic news this week that will dramatically impact that one way or the other, so rates should stay fairly stable this week. This will not remain forever, so it would be a very good idea, particularly if you are waiting to lock a rate or refi, to keep a very sharp eye on this.
