Chris Hartsfield has been in the real estate business close two decades. In 2002, Chris purchased his first investment property in Fort Collins, CO, the home of Colorado State University where Chris received a business degree in financial accounting. In 2003, Chris decided to expand his real estate career beyond investment properties and became a realtor. He found his true passion in helping others purchase and sell homes. Chris' expertise includes working with a diverse client base such as new families purchasing their first home, sellers, buyers, and investors looking to flip homes for a profit or keep properties as rentals. He is also very knowledgeable in loan scenarios, credit situations, and many other ways to purchase a property for little to no money down. He enjoys working with everyone, from the experienced investor to the first-time homebuyer.
