The Denver Real Estate market in December did what December does best. It slowed down, took a breath, and refused to be dramatic.

Inventory dipped as Sellers relaxed into the holiday season, days on market stretched a bit, and homes still sold just shy of list price - holding steady from October through the end of the year at 98.3% of List Price.
