April 21, 2014 - International Risk Group of Littleton, Colorado is pleased to announce the arrival of Michael Malley as Vice President, Impaired Asset Transaction Strategies, effective April 21, 2014. Michael heads IRG's practice in assisting owners of legacy and surplus real estate assets in the evaluation of the financial consequences of alternative management and disposition strategies.
Mr. Malley formerly headed a similar practice for one of the world's largest technical consulting firms where his client accounts included multi-national energy, pharmaceutical, chemical, power and manufacturing companies. Prior to that assignment, Michael served as one of the principals of Frontier Renewal, LLC, a brownfield redevelopment firm.
The addition of Mr. Malley to IRG's staff represents another major commitment to the third party advisory service business supporting owners of property challenged by legacy environmental liabilities and other value impairments.
