Slow season doesn't mean no season ❄️

Last November, I helped a family buy and sell at the same time, right in the quietest stretch of the year. Two transactions, one timeline, and a lot of coordinating. We got it done.

What I took from it: when the market goes quiet, the buyers and sellers who are still in it are serious, and having a plan matters more than having perfect timing.
