Did you know buyers don't search for homes at $519,000? They use filters on Zillow, Realtor.com, and every MLS portal and those filters move in $25,000 increments.

That means a home priced at $519,000 is completely invisible to any buyer who sets their minimum at $525k. Price it at $525,000 instead and you show up for every buyer searching in that range AND you put an extra $6,000 in the seller's pocket.

The rule is simple: always price at or just below a $25k threshold. Never randomly between them.

If you're a seller, ask your agent about this before you set a list price. It's one of the easiest ways to maximize your exposure and your bottom line.
